Since I was a little girl, teaching has always been my passion. I got my first feel for teaching at the age of 17. I taught children ranging from 1-5 years of age at a pre-school here in the valley. I had the privilege of working for 8 years as a lead teacher, while I furthered my education.

 

When it was time to attend college I didn?t think twice about what I wanted to study. I attended Ottawa University where I received my Bachelor degree in Early Elementary Education in December of 2007.

 

This will be my second year teaching at StarShine Academy. I am truly excited to be among such a professional faculty. Teaching your child is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility. I will do my best this year to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learning experience in the classroom.

 

I hope a can be a great part of StarShine and help pave the future for our students to become amazing hard working citizens.
